Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between bj77 Casino ("bj77") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the bj77.lol platform and its associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, bingo rooms, and fishing arcade titles.

Intellectual Property

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, bj77 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances, bonus-derived winnings, and any balances associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity. Genuine deposited funds that are not subject to any dispute or compliance hold will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any required investigation.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and the entire relationship between you and bj77 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or any breach thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting bj77 customer support. bj77 commits to responding to formal dispute submissions within a reasonable timeframe and to engaging in good-faith efforts to reach an amicable resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, either party may refer the matter to formal mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine law. The costs of such proceedings shall be borne as determined by the arbitrator or mediating body.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent immediate and irreparable harm.
